Terms and conditions
By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms. All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Made-to-order products. Our jerseys are manufactured to order and may be personalised with a name and/or number. Production begins after your order is placed.
Pricing and promotions. Discount codes are valid only as described at the time of offer and may be limited by date or region. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a promotion has been misused.
Supporting an amateur club. Glasgow Wellington FC is a self-funded amateur club. We keep prices as low as possible; proceeds beyond costs go directly towards running the team: pitch hire, kit, referees, equipment and match days.
Delivery and returns
Delivery times. All jerseys are made to order. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for UK delivery and 6 to 12 weeks for international delivery from the date of purchase, including manufacturing. Free UK delivery. International delivery is calculated at checkout; international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
Design and manufacturing variation. Product photographs and studio catalogue images are representative of the final garment. Because our shirts are produced in small manufacturing batches, minor variations may occur in colour tone, fabric finish, map-pattern crop, print alignment and the exact positioning of printed elements. These variations do not change the overall design of the product. This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, materially different from its description, or not as ordered.
Customs and duties. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or charges levied by their own country.
Returns and refunds. As shirts are made to order and/or personalised, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or customer-entered personalisation mistakes. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty items. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact admin@glasgowdukes.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, including your order details and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Privacy and cookies
